I came across a dead simple but extremely clean and smart way to organize your notes/notebook. I am not in school anymore, but I still use a notebook to take notes on certain things, such as writing down ideas, drafting out architectures, noting down accolades for work, tracking my goals, and also my passwords (censored passwords, don’t worry.)
Check out this insanely simple technique, which is apparently Japanese.
Bonus points if you use Japanese pens, too. Have you ever written with one of those things? They’re amazing. It’s like those gel pens we all used in elementary school, except on crack and for professionals. If you’re interested, I’m feeling lazy, so google “Japanese calligraphy pen”.
