My Brother Printer Scan PC not working was infuriating. This was supposed to be a tutorial on how to fix it, but it’s not. I took screenshots along the way to use it as a tutorial, but now these photos represent a collage of frustration, bad software, and terrible service in general.
If you want to completely skip past all of that, don’t even bother. Most likely you won’t be able to connect your PC to your Scanner. Instead of wasting an entire hour of your life, use the SCAN TO EASY EMAIL function on your Brother Printer/Scanner. Just do that, seriously. Follow the instructions on there. That’s all. You scan your docs, and it emails it to an email address of your choice.
Brother: fix your software. This was terrible.
